q-Minor / q-Major
Service falls under q-minor when the repair requires minimal repair. The q-Minor service plan covers minor repairs such as: plastics, small electronic components, keypad, etc. The q-Major service plan covers repairs such as: display, radio, scan engine, main board replacement, etc. Depending on the parts required for the repair, you will be charged either the q-Minor or q-Major fixed flat rate.

q-Pon
q-pon service level provides the ease associated with a service agreement but not the commitment. Simply purchase a q-book containing 12 q-pons (repairs) in advance. When you require an item to be repaired simply send your hardware to a qdata service location along with one of your q-pons. No purchase orders or bills will be issued - it has been pre-paid and works like a service agreement after the initial purchase.

Onsite service agreement pricing with 48 hour response time. qdata qualified technicians arrive with parts in hand to minimize down time for your barcode printers repair needs. Select this service when it doesn't make sense to ship in your hardware. Fast service at a fixed price with pay options such as monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annually.
