Clinton Wolff CFO and CIO - The Bargain! Shop Clinton Wolff is the CFO and CIO of The Bargain! Shop. He joined the TB!S in 2002 when it was a one-hundred store chain and over the past six-plus years has seen it grow to 250 stores. Mr. Wolff facilitated three equity raises and the expansion of credit availability to support the dramatic growth. He has had a track record of successful acquisitions and divestitures over his career.
Prior to joining TB!S, he was CFO at a public aerospace company and a diversified entertainment company. In both of these companies, he also had overall responsibility for Information Technology. After receiving his Chartered Accountant designation, he held various accounting and audit positions in various industries, including steel, printing and publishing, and retail. Mr. Wolff has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, with distinction.
Mr. Wolff also serves as a Board Advisor to a surveillance technology company and is involved in thoroughbred horse racing. He enjoys all sports, especially golf and curling. He resides in Brampton, Ontario with his wife and two children.
Michael L. Busgang Information Systems Analyst & Development Supervisor - Pharmetics Inc. Michael L. Busgang has been with Pharmetics Inc. for over 10 years and has served in various positions ranging from Validation specialist, Packaging supervisor, Production Scheduler, to his current role as a Systems Analyst. His grasp of both the process side of the pharmaceutical industry as well as the application of I.T. systems to maintain those processes has enabled him to successfully implement multiple I.T. solutions that have had led to continuous improvement and measurable gains throughout his career. Most recently, he successfully led the I.T. integration of Pharmetics’ recent acquisitions of two production facilities in Southern Ontario. His current undertakings include many data warehousing and analytics projects throughout Pharmetics’ 5 sites. Michael lives in the Montreal suburb of Dollard-des-Ormeaux with his wife Barbra and three young boys.
Michael Marleau Manager Information Systems – Stanpac As Manager of Information Systems, Michael is responsible for system and business process development as well as system operations.
Stanpac, a Canadian packaging manufacturer based in Smithville, Ontario, is in the process of implementing the most recent releases of Infor’s Visual Manufacturing and qdata’s RFPlus barcode and scanning solution. Stanpac’s recent successful acquisition of Solo’s ice cream manufacturing division has tripled sales and expanded the organization to a multi-plant operation with a new manufacturing facility in Dallas, TX.
Prior to joining Stanpac, Michael had 10 years experience as a systems engineer, consultant, project and general manager and has worked on various IT projects including ERP implementations, application, web and email hosting, local and wide area networks, WISP, and SME system integration in a variety of settings including manufacturing, hospitality, retail, school board, call centres, banking, and biotech.
Michael recently graduated from Athabasca University with an MBA. He and his wife Rosmery reside in Niagara Falls.

Bob Armstrong also served as President and CEO for the Canadian Association of Importers and Exporters Inc. for nine years and as President of the Association of International Automobile Manufacturers of Canada (AIAMC) for nine years.

Darcy McDonald is the Director of Channel Data Sales for the Ontario Region with Rogers Wireless managing a group of "Subject Matter Experts" focused on standard and custom wireless data solutions in the Enterprise, SMB and consumer segments. As "SME’s" my Team and I assist Rogers business customers and consumer Sales Channels with identifying and developing their wireless data applications by making recommendations and assisting with the selection of the most appropriate partners and technologies. In the consumer Sales Channels, we provide knowledge transfer to supplement Rogers National Training courses as well as unique retail sales initiatives to drive data sales.
Jeff Lem
Co-Founder/Owner and President - qdata Jeff Lem is the President and co-founder of qdata. Since qdata’s inception in 1993, he has worked on hundreds of bar coding projects ranging from small five person operations to Fortune 500 companies. He has written extensively on this topic for the media and has presented at trade shows and industry events. He currently serves on the Schulich Toronto Alumni Council, the Toronto board of Entrepreneurial Organization (a world wide membership of business owners), and Motorola’s Partner Advisory Council. In April 2008 he received the Award of Merit from the Association of Chinese Canadian Entrepreneurs for his business achievements and community work and for the second year in a row, qdata was named to Canadian Dealer News Top 100 IT Solutions Providers in Canada.
Jeff has a BBA and MBA degrees from the Schulich School of Business at York University. The married father of three resides in Richmond Hill, is an avid cyclist, triathlete, and hockey player.
Randall F. Bunka Co-Founder/Owner and Senior Vice President - qdata As Senior Vice President, Randall Bunka is responsible for sales and marketing, including driving customer satisfaction, customer retention, new customer development and sales growth. With more than 20 years experience in sales and marketing, Randall and his partner Jeff Lem have been responsible for building and growing qdata through internal development, acquisition and recruitment.
Randall graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a BA in Economics and his experience includes executive sales positions at Memorex, Memorex-Telex, Philips Information Systems and LDI Computers. Randall and his wife Margo are the proud and devoted parents of 4 children.
