Jeff Lem
Co-Founder/Owner and President
Jeff Lem is the President and co-founder of qdata. Since qdata’s inception in 1993, he has worked on hundreds of bar coding projects ranging from small five person operations to Fortune 500 companies. He has written extensively on this topic for the media and has presented at trade shows and industry events. He currently serves on the Schulich Toronto Alumni Council, the Toronto board of Entrepreneurial Organization (a world wide membership of business owners), and Motorola’s Partner Advisory Council. In April 2008 he received the Award of Merit from the Association of Chinese Canadian Entrepreneurs for his business achievements and community work and for the second year in a row, qdata was named to Canadian Dealer News Top 100 IT Solutions Providers in Canada. Jeff has a BBA and MBA degrees from the Schulich School of Business at York University.  The married father of three resides in Richmond Hill, is an avid cyclist, triathlete, and hockey player.

Tony Mastrangeli
Vice President, Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Tony is responsible for the daily operations of the business including purchasing, inventory, services and financial well being of the company. With more than 16 years experience in the AIDC industry, Tony has been responsible for taking qdata to the next level through growing qservices nationally, internal development, expanding purchasing power, partner relationships. Tony graduated from Seneca with in Business Administration and then later graduated from Devry with an Electronic Engineer Degree. Tony’s experience includes senior operational positions at Purolator, Toshiba, MasterTek. The married father of two resides in Oak Ridges and enjoys the cottage life; when he is not relaxing he is an avid hockey player and enjoys playing the guitar.
