Program Details:
Earn a $400 rebate when you trade in an Intermec or competitive
printer and purchase a qualifying* Intermec printer. Earn a
$200 rebate when you trade in an Intermec or competitive
printer, and purchase an Intermec PD41 or PD42 Printer.
Earn an additional $125 when you include a three-year Medallion Service agreement with a qualifying purchase.
Qualifying equipment includes products listed below that are published in the North American Price Guide (document #609305) with a published date between October 1 and December 19, 2008.
Qualifying Printers:
All Intermec printers except the PCx, 68x, 78x,
PBx, PWx, PKx, PB42, PB50 and PF8
How It Works:
1. Trade in either Intermec or competitive equipment and 1. purchase a qualifying Intermec printer between October 1, 2008 and December 19, 2008. Your rebate will be based on a 1:1 ratio of eligible units you trade-in to the eligible new units you purchase (see back side for details). Purchases must be made from an Intermec authorized source.
2. Fax a copy of your completed invoice (proof of purchase) for
your new Intermec equipment and a rebate coupon to Intermec
Rebate Processing 905-673-3974.
3. Upon receipt of your rebate coupon and invoice, Intermec
will contact you with a confirmation along with detailed shipping
instructions for your trade-in equipment. ( a return number)
4. Upon receipt of the trade-in equipment (at the location
instructed in the email), rebate coupon and proof of
purchase, a rebate check will be issued to the product
end user. The total amount of the rebate depends on the
unit(s) traded in, as well as the new products purchased.
5. Shipments must be postmarked within 30 days of invoice 5. for the new Intermec equipment. Example: if new Intermec equipment has an invoice date of November 1, 2008, the trade-in equipment must be shipped no later than December 1, 2008.
6. All product returns must be received by Intermec no later 6. than January 19, 2009 in order to be eligible. Any exceptions must be requested in writing, prior to January 1, 2009.
